After a successful Series A, we’re now getting ready to position our B2B offering in the market. Following a massive mind shift of companies that are recognizing their social responsibility we’re going to bring carbon neutrality and the Klima climate action experience as an employee benefit to teams of all sizes. We’re now looking for our international Head of Sales to set the strategy and to build and lead the B2B sales team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the way that companies take responsibility, engaging with their workforce and uniting the team behind a common cause.

What you’ll do
Develop, drive and execute ambitious sales goals and own B2B growth
Build a world-class international sales team and best in class product offering
Work directly with the founders on brand positioning, as well as the assessment and development of strategic opportunities
Collaborate closely with product and marketing to drive cross-department acquisition strategies
Obsess over customer development and how we can constantly improve our value proposition based on clients needs
Create high-value sales pipelines across inbound and outbound funnels
Run a disciplined forecast - including implementing necessary operational and software tools
Lead the team through changing product trends and increased competition and adapt to recruit, onboard and train employees in line with the company’s strategy.
What we're looking for
Solid track record of setting and achieving ambitious sales targets, ideally with experience in a B2B2C context.
Proven leadership skills with time spent building and leading high-performing teams who consistently exceed targets.
Highly analytical and quantitative thinking — you should be well versed with spreadsheets and other analytics tools.
Great communicator capable of listening to the needs of many stakeholders, and able to communicate the commercial and environmental vision of the company to stakeholders of all levels.
Great team player — you’re able to thoughtfully and constructively challenge the people you work with.
You speak German and English fluently
You love to develop, shape and pitch product presentations, tailored to specific audiences.
Experience in employee benefit programs and/or corporate sustainability / ESG reporting / carbon accounting is a plus
