We are looking for a motivated and culture-oriented people person to help support our growing team in the next phase of our growth. This role encompasses employee performance and engagement, sourcing new talent, and office and event management. You will be integral in ensuring we maintain a happy, productive team.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and set up employee benefits; be the go-to for job training and guidance.

  • Research and implement a personal development and performance management solution that includes a 360 review process.

  • Connect with and screen new talent to join our team.

  • Support in hiring, onboarding and setting up new employees with everything they need to perform at their best.

  • Build upon our sustainable organisation efforts and help us reach our annual environmental and social goals.

  • Maintain a happy, healthy and organised office space with drinks, snacks, and supplies.

  • Organise community and team events that integrate our values and goals.

  • Experience in HR, with a willingness to learn and develop

  • You’re looking to expand your personal portfolio and take on new challenges and responsibilities

  • You are fluent in English and able to communicate proficiently in German
